Information Systems Resources, Inc. (ISR) is an Information Technology company located in Noblesville, Indiana, which is about ten miles north of Indianapolis. ISR started in the early 1980s as a software provider, concentrating on the end user solution. Turnkey software solutions were the main source of revenue until 1995, when ISR became an IBM Business Partner and began offering a variety of individual products and services such as hardware, software, and consulting services.
ISR realized the difficulty of having the right resource available at the right time to meet the customer’s needs. Non-billable hours (an idle resource), can quickly erode profits and create inflated hourly rates. Maintaining high-quality, certified employees for a wide skill set, at a fair rate, can be difficult, if not impossible. For these reasons, ISR has developed a network of strategic alliances with other business partners, independent programmers and service providers to supplement our own certified employees and services.
